This year’s Whisky Festival Tokyo is now exactly one month away, on November 26. A third original bottling has just been announced, this one to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Whisky Festival Tokyo. And it’s Chichibu 2011! This was distilled in July 2011 and (will be?) bottled this month. It’s from an ex-Hanyu cask, bottled at 59.9%, and will be available for 15,000 yen at the festival. Reservation tickets begin distribution from 10AM, but like always, I’m sure people will be lining up much much earlier.
