Both coming on November 14, two new winter chuhais from Kirin! The first is Kirin Bitters Yuzu, 9% abv and 350ml. When squeezing the fruit to make this one, Kirin includes the peel as well, giving the yuzu flavor a slightly more bitter flavor than a regular yuzu chuhai. This one is a winter-only release. Kirin has simultaneously announced Hyoketsu Premium Pinot Noir. Like other Hyoketsu Premium entries, this one contains twice the real fruit juice when compared to a standard Hyoketsu. It’s 240ml and 5% abv.
