The homepage for the Whisky Festival Tokyo 2017 is now open. Now in its 10th year, the Whisky Festival is one of Japan’s largest events with over 60 booths and is obviously one of the year’s key events for whisk(e)y lovers. The page is fairly barebones at the moment but the vendor list for this year has been announced.
Mark your calendars! Pre-sale tickets will be available from August 31st for 4500 yen, or at the door for 5000 yen. Members of the Japan Whisky Research Society can get advance tickets for 4000 yen.
This year’s event will be held at BelleSalle in Takadanobaba, from 11AM to 6PM. Expect it to be a big one! In years past there have been some amazing seminars, world-class bartender sessions at cocktail booths, blind tasting contests, and plenty of bonuses for holders of the Whisky Kentei certification.
Hi there! I created and run nomunication.jp.
