The theme of this year’s 3rd annual PBO Cocktail & Bar Festa is “Bartending Experience.” There will be 11 different booths dedicated to allowing attendees to try shaking, stirring, building, recipe creation, flair, a venencia pour, and plenty else.
Another new aspect of this year’s Festa is the “Worldwide Competition Zone.” Here each booth is dedicated a different cocktail competitions like Diageo World Class, Bacardi Legacy, or Cuervo’s Dons of Tequila. Expect plenty of great drinks from some of Japan’s top contenders!
And of course the vendor zone. This year there will be 25 different vendors on hand to let you try out the latest and greatest.
Further details are available on the PDF event pamphlet (in Japanese). Pay particular attention to the schedule of seminars and talks on page 5!
The event runs 1PM to 6PM on August 27 at Ginza’s Courtyard Marriott Tobu Hotel. Tickets are 4000 yen in advance (Ticket Pia code: 635-870) or 5000 yen at the door. Expect an event report from me shortly after!
